If it still doesn't work, most likely your registry has been corrupted by a virus, spy ware, or some other video playback program you installed. You will need to contact a local service technician to help diagnose your problem.
Our servers have enough capacity to provide fast downloads for all our members. However, the way data packets travel through the Internet means that a small fraction of our customers experience poor download speeds. If you're getting very slow speeds (less than 50 KB/sec) from us but not from other sites, then you're experiencing this problem.
