How do I download a video to my iPod/iPhone?

  • 1.Save and download the file to your computer.
  • 2.Connect your iPhone/iPad to your computer and open the Apple iTunes application.
  • 3.In the iTunes application, select 'Add File to Library' from the 'File' menu. Browse for the video you downloaded, then click 'Open.'
  • 4. In the iTunes application, click 'Edit,' then click 'Preferences.' Click the 'iPhone' tab, then click 'Videos,' 'Automatically update all videos,' and 'OK'.
  • 5. iTunes will automatically copy the video to your iPhone.
  • 6. On your iPhone, select 'Videos,' then select 'Movies' to play your video content.

If you're on a PC, right click on the "Download" link and choose the "Save Target As" option. On a Macintosh, hold 'ctrl' when you click on the link.

Make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player. If it's not working, try uninstalling and reinstalling Windows Media Player, and then rebooting your computer. If it still doesn't work, most likely your registry has been corrupted by a virus, spy ware, or some other video playback program you installed. You will need to contact a local service technician to help diagnose your problem.

Our servers have enough capacity to provide fast downloads for all our members. However, the way data packets travel through the Internet means that a small fraction of our customers experience poor download speeds. If you're getting very slow speeds (less than 50 KB/sec) from us but not from other sites, then you're experiencing this problem.
